The prototype becomes the first three characters of the 2×7. Keep its mechanisms, flaps, motors, sensors, drivers and calibration. Add eleven.

Open these projects in Bambu Studio and confirm your actual nozzle and Textured PEI plate. Fill the recessed lettering with thin white paint. Check the sample before running long plates.

Slicer estimates, not elapsed completion promises. Add painting and drying, plate changes, assembly and any reprints. No print job has been sent.

The upgrade keeps your work.

Label the first three modules 01–03 and keep their 38-leaf drums assembled. They stay on the first expander. Add four expanders and eleven mechanisms; use the calibration-preserving expansion command instead of overwriting your settings with a fresh profile.

The two prototype case ends, rear cover, power spacer and tray also transfer unchanged. Add extension sections and the second row. Only the four short metal rods are replaced; keep them as spares.
